Application for Transcripts

“A GCEK Initiative to Help Life Members of GCE Karad Alumni Association”

This is an initiative by Government College of Engineering Karad Alumni Association (GCEKAA) to help Life Members of GCEKAA. The initiative was launched in July 2015 and so far more than 425 alumni have availed this facility. This facility is exclusively for the Life Members of GCEKAA.

Kindly register on Alumni Portal to become a Life Member of GCEKAA. Once you register on alumni portal, it will take one working day for Life Membership alumni approval. Once you got approval then you can apply for the Transcript through this alumni portal. Please note that Life Membership is one-time fees for joining GCEK Alumni Association and is non-refundable.here to become a life member

Steps for requesting Transcripts:

Step 1: If you are not Alumni Life Member 'Click here to Become Alumni Life Member' and pay Life Membership Fee Rs. 500/-.

Step 2: After becoming Alumni Life Members click on 'Click here to Pay' button to pay the transcript fee Rs. 500/- per transcript copy and get the 'Order No'and add it in the step 3 transcript form.

Step 3: Alumni Life Members click on 'Submit Transcript Form' button to enter the personal details and upload the all scan copies of Grade Card in single pdf file (Max size of file 2.5 MB). Click on Submit button.

On submitting the request, office validates the documents, prepare the Transcripts and send Transcripts by courier/post to the provided addresses or alumni may collect personaly from student section.

Once the form is submitted, the admin will verify the share details and get back to you within 7 working days.
