He / She is responsible for all academic matters pertaining to the UG, PG and Ph.D prgrammes offered by the institute. The responsibilities of Dean Academic are
- To prepare proposal for new courses.
- Modifications/ Amendments of the existing courses.
- To design UG/PG courses and finishing schools.
- To bring academic reforms at various levels.
- To design the appropriate evaluation system such as CGPA.
